Blueberries Cheese Cake

This month I am making Blueberries Cheese Cake for my Colleague. The Cheese cake recipe is from my French Pastry Instructor. The cake is layer with sponge cake, smooth cream cheese filling with fresh blueberries.

Fruit Tart

Third week, sweet dough and pastry cream. The fruit tart look so pretty, of course taste good ! My instructor has a little raspberry farm at her back yarn, so on summer time she doesn't have to buy it just pick it fresh, she ask me to come for raspberry picking on the summer time, I think is going to be FUN !

Strawberry Sponge Cake!!!

I took a 6 weeks French Style Baking Class from Joan Lee my instructor. She gave me lots of new ideas, technique on the traditional French style baking. Today I learned from the basic, Sponge cake with Strawberry and fresh cream.

Christmas Cookies

Every year I will bake Christmas cookies for my friend. I love the red and gold gift box, I baked 6 different kind of Cookies includes Cardamon spice, Earl grey tea, Rugelach, Espresso Chocolate chip, White Chocolate Nuts, Cranberry Almond shortbread, Green-tea leaves shortbread, Double Chocolate Biscotti and Cranberry Almond Biscotti. I hope my friend love it. Happy Holiday !!!!!!!!!!!

My Wedding cake!!!!

My Cake decorating instructor Roslind Chan gave me advise to decorate my own wedding cake. Thank you Roslind and my mother in law for all the help. I spent almost 4 days to finish the cake, I love it!!!!!!!!
