Since I bought so many chocolate mold and a New chocolate book. I decide to make some chocolate. I make Mango Chocolate Truffle, Caramel filling Chocolate, Chai Tea Truffle. Dark Chocolate Rose Lollipop for my husband.
This month I am making Blueberries Cheese Cake for my Colleague. The Cheese cake recipe is from my French Pastry Instructor. The cake is layer with sponge cake, smooth cream cheese filling with fresh blueberries.
Baking and decoration build up my patience. I love the best in baking is the finish result, if taster said YUMMY, TASTE GOOD. I think all the time that you spend is worth it.
