I took a 6 weeks French Style Baking Class from Joan Lee my instructor. She gave me lots of new ideas, technique on the traditional French style baking. Today I learned from the basic, Sponge cake with Strawberry and fresh cream.
Baking and decoration build up my patience. I love the best in baking is the finish result, if taster said YUMMY, TASTE GOOD. I think all the time that you spend is worth it.
