Fruit Tart

Third week, sweet dough and pastry cream. The fruit tart look so pretty, of course taste good ! My instructor has a little raspberry farm at her back yarn, so on summer time she doesn't have to buy it just pick it fresh, she ask me to come for raspberry picking on the summer time, I think is going to be FUN !

Strawberry Sponge Cake!!!

I took a 6 weeks French Style Baking Class from Joan Lee my instructor. She gave me lots of new ideas, technique on the traditional French style baking. Today I learned from the basic, Sponge cake with Strawberry and fresh cream.
